Improvements as a result of our accessibility audit:
- Status message is provided when searches are filtered and the results update #10238
- Keyboard focus now shows in dark/high contrast mode #10237
- What's on page headings now correctly nested #10228
- Listing pages should have blank alt text so there’s not a huge amount of information for screen readers, and alt text is not necessary on decorative images #10268
