Improvements as a result of our accessibility audit:
Status message is provided when searches are filtered and the results update
Keyboard focus now shows in dark/high contrast mode
What's on page headings now correctly nested
Listing pages should have blank alt text so there’s not a huge amount of information for screen readers, and alt text is not necessary on decorative images
Use Terraform to provision API keys in the per-pipeline Elasticsearch clusters
Visual stories: finish work on visual stories for Editorial, including building an index page
Continue making improvements identified in the access audit
