Potential sensitivity issues

Select the checkbox, if you think or know the item is potentially sensitive as per our guidance and CI policies.

This checkbox should always be selected if there is a noted restriction/closure period on the item's housing or catalogue record.

Typically, closure and or restriction periods are recorded on the housing with a red sticker.

Tip: Please check that the closure or restriction date on the housing matches the dates recorded in the catalogue.

If you find an artwork/item that has a restriction or closure period noted on the object but not on the catalogue this needs to be escalated to an archivist or at least checked with them before updating CALM.
