Archive table in QB

This table includes an import of data from CALM relating to VM catalogued at item level & housed in a visual store. Data created in this table relates to accessioned/uncatalogued material.

Each sub-page relates to a metadata heading in the artworks table in QB, alongside guidance on how to use/standardise data within the relevant fields during inventory.

For inventory workflows it is recommended you view/edit data in the Archival Material Report View. In this view, the order of the field headings matches the guidance in gitbook.
