Extent

Data has been imported from the ‘Extent’ field in CALM. This data helps to signpost what we record in ‘number of items’. The extent may refer to multiple artworks on a single sheet i.e. ‘2 artworks (1 sheet)’

Unless we disagree with the accuracy of this data, we should match the number of items we record to this data. If the extent field notes ‘2 artworks’ then the number of items should be recorded as ‘2’.
