Number of items

Like the artworks table, populating this field with a number automates some of the other fields/statuses and tracks our audit progress.

Unless we disagree with the accuracy of the data recorded in the extent field, we should match the number of items to this data. If the extent field notes ‘2 artworks’ then number of items should be recorded as ‘2’.
