Location labelling

Once a location has been inventoried, add a pre-printed pink sticker and place it neatly on the container. The sticker is pre-printed with the word 'Inventory complete' and all that remains to be added (in pencil) is the date inventory was completed.

If a container or location is empty (solander, plan chest and drawers only) add a pre-printed green sticker that has the word 'empty'. Please record the date on the 'empty' sticker to denote when this was recorded as empty. Additionally, note the location as empty in the location table in Quickbase.

These will help sign-post to colleagues in a visual way where we have processed, showing our progress, but also help to remind others not to add or remove content without contacting members of the inventory team.
