Date inventoried

The date an item is inventoried or audited will be generated as DD-MM-YYYY format when you record a number in the number of items field.

The number of items audited in a day will be captured separately from the KPIs noted in the artworks table.

In the archive table, under ‘Reports & Charts’ you will see a report for ‘Archive items inventoried by month.’
