Temporary numbers never assigned
A record of numbers never used.
As members of the team can be working on inventory simultaneously, we often jump ahead in the number range to ensure we are not trying to assign the same numbers to uncatalogued material. Whilst QB will not allow us to duplicate a number, it does not tell us when a number has not been used. This relies on us to check gaps/utilise them. As such we have some numbers that have never been assigned, and whilst we have got better at ensuring numbers are used in sequence and gaps are closed, we wanted to record numbers that have never been purposed.
