Like in the artworks table you can use this field to capture or note anything else that is not suitable to capture elsewhere.
This may be provenance information, handwritten notes on the back of an artwork, or the type of sensitivity you wish to signpost.
If you have updated a location in a box list, you can link that box list on sharepoint to this field.
Tip: You have to be in edit mode for the item to add a link to the additional notes/queries field.
