Thank you for your email and interest in the RAMC archive. The records we hold at Wellcome Collection comprise a range of material donated to the RAMC Museum and Library (now the Museum of Military Medicine) by former officers and RAMC members, so it contains a bit of a random assortment of items, rather than complete sets of official records.
I’ve searched the catalogue but can’t trace [subject's name], although he could be mentioned within files. The UK government has some guidance on tracing records here.
