Rota
A rota system is in place for staff in CI answering email enquiries, and the Enquiries Rota with duty allocations is released every three months. The rota is organised by the Cataloguing Team Leader. Two staff members monitor the box each week, from Monday morning until Friday lunchtime. One staff member is on back-up, in case of absence or an overload of emails. Any emails arriving after Friday lunchtime are picked up by those on duty for the week after.
