Rules for completing column O of the scoping spreadsheet

This helps us understand whether material needs to be brought onsite and whether it is likely to be part of or all of the accession.

Choose an option from the pick list:

• All

• Part

• None

Select 'all' if:

• all boxes from an accession need to be recalled

• there are extensive discrepancies/anomalies to resolve

Select 'part' if:

• some boxes need to be recalled to extract items

• there are specific boxes to list

• there are small discrepancies between the box list and the Deepstore inventory to resolve

Select 'none' if:

• no boxes need to be recalled
