πScoping uncatalogued accessions
The following pages will set out step by step instructions on how to scope each accession and complete the scoping spreadsheet.
Scoping will identify:
what work is needed to bring the box list to the agreed minimum standard
whether there is material to extract, e.g. audio-visual, born-digital, fragile, oversize
whether all boxes can be located
any anomalies or issues to resolve either with the data or the material itself
an estimation of the amount of resource required e.g. low/medium/high
