This field should be used to record any additional comments or information in relation to the object and its inventory. Please keep the comment as clear and concise as possible. A comment could refer to data (related or unrelated) on the verso of the print.
This field is a rich text field and can also be used to embed URLs/Links to source information that assisted you in creating/identifying a print/artist etc (please use this in relation to use of Google Lens)
To add a link, click the 'Edit; function notes with the pen icon.
Go to the 'additional notes and queries' field.
The link symbol is visble (second left) to the anchor icon.
Once you have clicked on the 'link' you can add the URL/and display text.
