Where to find the information

For published items this would fall under standard copyright terms (e.g. reproduction not permitted without the permission of the publisher/production company). For unpublished/archive material it may be harder to find this information; any licensing terms may have been recorded at the point of acquisition, so look in the transfer agreement or other documentation in the collection file (the copyright in the material may have been transferred to Wellcome). It may be necessary to contact the donor or their descendants.

One and Other Project, recordings made available under a Creative Commons licence, terms recorded in CALM using Copyright and Notes fields:
