The Slack Support group is a channel you can join to source support if you're planning to work with distressing material or have just come across something distressing in a collection.
There is no obligation to join if you don't want to or to join and then post in the chat publicly. Instead, you can use it as a way to identify members of the team who have joined and who are, therefore, willing to provide support and help.
