These procedures do not duplicate information held within the public procedural document , with the exception of workflow diagrams to support practical implementation of the procedures.

Please note that these procedures cover topics which may be distressing and/or triggering.

The purpose of these guidelines is to assist staff in their decision making when it comes to providing access to our collections and undertaking sensitivity assessments.

The structure and numbering within these guidelines mirrors that of the public document.

This is a living document. Comments on existing content are encouraged. Suggestions for new content or significant revisions to existing workflows can be made by creating an issue in the
