Logging in to MediaGraph

Everyone at Wellcome should be able to log into MediaGraph automatically using single sign-on. There are two methods to do this.

Signing in via Microsoft apps

Go to myapps.microsoft.com and click on the MediaGraph app icon. Clicking on the app will open Mediagraph in a new tab.

After clicking on the app, you will be redirected to Mediagraph. You will briefly see the MediaGraph logo and the Organization Memberships before being automatically redirected to the All Assets page where you can search and browse for images.

If you are not redirected to the All Assets page but are instead stuck on the Organization Memberships page, simply click View All to go to the All Assets page.

Signing in via the website

To log on via the website, go to https://mediagraph.io/wellcome

On the Wellcome MediaGraph home page, click on Login in the top right-hand corner. This will redirect you to the login page.

On the login page, click Login via Single Sign On. This should briefly open up a new window while you are automatically signed in.

The above instructions should work if you are already logged into your Microsoft account elsewhere in your browser. If you are not already logged in, follow the Microsoft login prompts in the pop-up window, entering your ac.uk email and usual password.

When you are logged in successfully, you should see be on the Assets page where you can search and browse for images.
