Currently underway (Nic dealing with)

• 773 in bib records: check it exists and all fields are standardised (using 245 from box level description as basis, and ensuring consistency across whole collection)

• LINKED BARCODE in item records: once unlinked, delete this field from individual item records previously linked

• Image issues (see tracking spreadsheet for flagged records)

Bibliographic enhancement:

• Global update of BIB LVL from d Coll. Subunit to m Monograph ❌

• If decide to change 001 Reference number, will need to global update ❌

• If illustrations exist (use 300 |b Physical description) globally update code in MARC Leader ❓

• Change 260 to 264 (reconciliation or as part of inventory?) ❓

• Unknown language und Undetermined – could be reconciliation to improve language data or identify unknown languages at later date ❓

• Subjects (600, 650, additional 655) from Collection Level record could be a reconciliation task if no time to copy and paste during inventory - already doing?

• 773 Address terminology/language of previous box titles > add 520_4 content notice if flagged during inventory (all fields not just 520) ✔️
