Collections being reviewed for the purpose of cataloguing are appropriately sorted, described, sensitivity assessed, repackaged and stored in a way that means that they should not be inadvertently seen by others, or need to be re-reviewed, unless strictly necessary.
Catalogue records should be made visible via the online catalogue. Failure to do this could weaken our legitimate reason for holding the material.
