**Indicators**

The first indicator is **`blank`**.

The second indicator shows the number of non-filing characters (words like The, A, An etc.). This is usually `0`.

**Construction**

Use **`|v`** to specify volume/issue number

The field **does not** end with a full stop.

**`3`**: it is a component part of the resource described in the record.

**Construction**

Use **`|z`** for the display note and **`|u`** for the URL.
