Sierra system number

Sierra system numbers have been exported from Sierra for catalogued items. We made this column/data visible to aid inventory colleagues in checking and reconciling data, especially when considering part numbering records.

We also made this visible, because on checking data, found there were many records missing these numbers. We have created a formula in Quickbase so that if colleagues manually add a catalogued item to the dataset, it will prompt you for it's related system number on Sierra before allowing you to save to Quickbase. These system numbers will aid future use of the data - for mass updates to locations for example.
